Angela Santiago, the company’s founder, emphasizes the focus on sustainability and innovation in the design of the 240,000-square-foot building, capable of distributing up to 125 million pounds of potatoes annually.
Since its inception in 1996, The Little Potato Company has blossomed from humble beginnings on a one-acre plot of land into a thriving enterprise with over 400 employees.
