Quarantine has been declared on the territory of the Katai Municipal District in connection with the discovery of a dangerous pest. The golden nematode has already affected 451 hectares of fields.
The local Rosselkhoznadzor administration informed Kurgan farmers about the problem and recommended following the new rules.
Today, the inspection of other land plots continues in the region. The purpose of the supervisory authority is to prevent the further spread of the pest.
