Optimal shelf life and presentation of products and good for the environment. A challenge that many companies are currently dealing with. Dutch Pack’s new mono materials are made from one type of raw material and are therefore optimally recyclable.

“Everything revolves around how the customer experiences your product. For an optimal customer experience, the packaging of your product is something to think about carefully,” explains the packaging supplier. “The packaging must be easy to use. For the customer, but also for the machines used to pack, and must guarantee the shelf life of your product.”

Recycling
Often foil packaging consists of several layers of different plastics to meet all packaging requirements. This complicates recycling. For optimal recycling, film from the roll and pre-formed bags in mono material have therefore been developed. This is also possible with a high oxygen barrier and therefore very suitable for chilled products.

“We can help with film from the roll and preformed bags that can be processed at high speed, with anti-fog, resealability and suitable for heating in the microwave. We think along through the entire process to develop an attractive and functional packaging. “
