The 16th Okcheon Corn and Potato Festival “Perfume Okcheon” will take place from July 17 to 18 in Guide-myeon, Okcheon-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do. This vibrant event aims to highlight the superior quality of locally grown corn and potatoes while revitalizing the regional economy through tourism and direct sales. The festival program features an opening ceremony, a traditional long potato peeling competition (Konpoga-yoje), and entertaining contests like ice-eating corn challenges.
