Visitor registration for Interpom 2026 is open: 332 exhibitors from 15 countries and 24,000 expected visitors meet at Kortrijk Xpo on 29 November – 1 December 2026.
Visitor registration for Interpom 2026 is now open. Europe’s dedicated potato chain trade fair returns to Kortrijk Xpo on 29 November – 1 December 2026, and attendees can already reserve or register their tickets on the event website.
Organizers are inviting visitors to plan their trip around the exhibitor list, trends and innovations shaping the future of the potato sector. The 23rd edition is set to host 332 exhibitors from 15 countries and around 24,000 visitors from 60 countries across 35,000 m² of indoor exhibition space. Doors open daily from 09:30 to 18:00.
Interpom is an initiative of Belgapom, the professional association for the Belgian potato trade and processing industry, with Kortrijk Xpo handling practical organization. As reported earlier, the 2026 edition — themed around resilience in a changing world — was fully booked on the exhibitor side well in advance, underlining the sector’s focus on storage, processing technology and supply-chain adaptation after a difficult harvest year in north-west Europe.
