Spring sowing has been completed in the Nizhnekamsk region. This was announced by the deputy head of the executive committee of the Nizhnekamsk region for agriculture, Alfred Nigmatzyanov, in his account on VKontakte. He noted that this year the sowing season took place in difficult weather conditions.
Spring crops were planted on 30.8 thousand hectares, cereals – on 14.7 thousand hectares, industrial crops – on 10.8 thousand hectares. In addition, 5.1 thousand hectares of fields are occupied by fodder. Potatoes were planted on 174 hectares, other vegetables occupy 91 hectares.
Nigmatzyanov congratulated the village workers on the completion of sowing, wishing them peace, health, new labor victories and large harvests.
