Attended by over 100 farmers from Spain and Portugal, along with stakeholders from distribution chains and suppliers, the event heralded a collaborative effort to revolutionize the industry.
The gathering commenced with a theoretical session delving into the current state of affairs within the sector. It emphasized the paramount importance of promotion to garner societal recognition for the dedication, innovation, and professionalism inherent in potato cultivation. Often underestimated due to general unawareness and the absence of communication and awareness campaigns, the industry now stands poised for transformation.
