New in-store items: potato snacks with signature restaurant flavors

New Partnership, New Flavors in Stores

Checkers & Rally’s expanded partnership with Lamb Weston has expanded the fast food chain’s frozen product line to include four new items.
Now, in addition to Checkers & Rally’s signature fries, you can buy:

✔ Seasoned Onion Rings
✔ Seasoned Waffle Fries
✔ Sweet Potato Fries
✔ Seasoned Cheesy Potato Balls

These new items allow fans of the chain to enjoy their favorite restaurant flavors right at home.

A 20-Year Partnership

The partnership between Checkers & Rally’s and Lamb Weston began in 2005, when Checkers & Rally’s signature frozen fries first appeared in U.S. supermarkets.
Over the past 20 years, the partnership has grown significantly, and the brand’s products are now sold at Target and local grocery stores across the country.

Restaurant-Grade Quality – At Home

Lamb Weston is one of the leading suppliers of potatoes and frozen snacks. The company is expanding its “restaurant quality at home” strategy, helping customers replicate the unique taste of Checkers & Rally’s without visiting a restaurant.

“Checkers & Rally’s Seasoned Fries are the best-selling licensed potato products in the United States. Now, consumers will have even more ways to enjoy the brand’s signature flavors through new frozen product categories,” said David Dufault, senior vice president and general manager of retail sales at Lamb Weston.

What’s next?

Demand for frozen potato products continues to grow, and expanding the Checkers & Rally’s assortment in stores is a logical step to attract new consumers.

What do you think of this product format? Would you like to try Checkers & Rally’s signature potato snacks? Share your opinion in the comments!
