A potato processing plant in the Tula region will keep its work profile

Entrepreneur Vasily Starodubtsev, the grandson of the former governor of the Tula region, bought the plant under construction from a division of the Canadian company McCain (McCain food). After the launch, the enterprise will retain the previously chosen direction of work and will process potatoes for catering organizations.

Recall that in 2022, McCain announced the suspension of the construction of its plant in Russia. For several months, the government of the Tula region has been looking for a new investor.
