Zero VAT regime for vegetable oil, meat and potatoes extended until the end of the year
President Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a law amending and supplementing the Tax Code, the Justice Ministry said.
According to the changes, the zero VAT regime for the import, production and sale of vegetable oil, as well as for the import of sunflower, flax and soybean seeds is extended until December 31, 2022 (previously this period was until April 30, 2022).
In addition, until this date, meat of large and small cattle, livestock (cows, sheep) and products of their slaughter, as well as potatoes will be exempt from VAT.
At the same time, benefits for poultry, chicken meat and frozen fish will not be extended, Spot.uz noted.
