Yulin Minjour Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., established in July 2011, has become one of the largest agricultural enterprises in Northwestern China by promoting eco-friendly farming and modern agricultural cooperation. By consolidating fragmented farmland from individual farmers, the company has implemented standardized and large-scale agricultural production, now managing approximately 3,400 hectares of high-standard farmland.
Minjour Factory – The Heart of the Regional Potato Industry
In 2020, Yulin Minjour Agricultural Investment Potato Industry Co., Ltd. was established in the Modern Agricultural Industrial Park of Yulin City, Shaanxi Province. The factory plays a key role in forming a complete agricultural production chain in the region, with an annual output of 108,000 tons of French fries and 18,000 tons of potato specialties.

The factory is actively adopting international quality and safety standards. It has already obtained food production and export licenses, as well as GGAP (Good Agricultural Practice) certification. Additional certifications in progress include:

Advanced Technologies and High Efficiency
Minjour operates a fully automated production line imported from the Netherlands, which is one of the most advanced lines for French fries in the world. It can produce up to 18 tons of frozen fries per hour, or 432 tons per day. A separate line for potato specialties produces up to 2.5 tons per hour.
Strong Raw Material Base
The main potato varieties used are Innovator and Russet Burbank, grown locally in sandy soil. Thanks to favorable natural conditions and advanced cultivation techniques, the potatoes have high starch content, rich flavor, and nutritional value. Green fertilizers, biotechnology, and integrated water-saving irrigation systems such as drip and subsurface irrigation ensure environmental sustainability and product safety.
