The PotatoNL free-buy price for Dutch fry potatoes rose 280% between 27 October 2025 and 26 October 2026, according to Vesper data published on 27 October 2026. The analytics provider stresses this is a rebound from a very low base: the same series fell about 90% between mid-2024 and mid-2025 and remains far below its 2024 high. The EEX processing potato series’ latest print, from 5 June 2026, was 85.1% below a year earlier.
