The Manter R&D team has impressed again in recent months. After the successful introduction of the MoNo Clipper, which packs clip bags without a clip, the company is now setting a new milestone with the launch of the Paper Bagger. The machine provides a solution for various modern and sustainable packaging and offers distinctiveness, which benefits the user. The machine will be on display for the first time at Fruit Logistica 2024.

Paper Bagger

The Paper Bagger has been developed as a result of the increasing demand for paper packaging. While Manter is already known for packing a wide range of packaging, the company also wanted to respond to the increasing need for paper bags. Thus was born the Paper Bagger. The machine fills two paper bags from 2 to 10 kilogram at a time and the bags are closed by stitcher. Capacity of 30 bags per minute can be achieved and an a card dispenser is optional. This machine is specifically designed for gusseted block bottom bags. This type of packaging is very popular for packing potatoes, among other produce, and you often see them with a cellulose viewing window and handle. With this, the machine is perfectly equipped to meet the requirements of modern and durable packaging.

The Paper Bagger stands out in the market because the machine holds the paper bag at both the top and bottom while sewing. As a result, the bag is always closed horizontally, resulting in a more attractive packaging. In addition, the Paper Bagger is equipped with a fully automatic changeover to other bag sizes, to minimise downtime.

The Paper Bagger will be shown at the Manter booth for the first time during the Fruit Logistica 2024. This is an exclusive opportunity for visitors to first to see the Paper Bagger presented at the leading international trade fair for the fruit and vegetable sector. In addition to the Paper Bagger, the recently launched MoNo Clipper and the new ST-8 palletizer will be displayed as well. The ST-8 palletizer is a low feed palletizer, developed and manufactured by partner Solidtec B.V., and will be presented under the Manter name.
