As DLG Fuarcılık, Potato Days Turkey, which we organized for the first time in 2019 in Konya Selçuklu Karaömerler with a product-specific fair understanding, will meet with its visitors between 18-20 August this year, taking into account the Covid 19 measures.
Within the scope of the measures taken at the fair entrances, the mask and social distance rules will be followed. Everyone in the area will be able to easily reach the hygiene points determined at the fair ground entrances and within the fair. Our visitors will be able to enter the fair area rapidly by online registration at www.potatodays.com in order to avoid congestion at the entrances.
At the fair, which will be held with the media sponsorship of AGRO TV, APH Group will take its place among our Premium Partners in SAME DEUTZ-FAHR, the only tractor company of our organization this year, as well as Rivulis Eurodrip companies. Our solution partner in the grass area, GENTA Tarım will host its visitors at the show, which forms a large part of our field.
Domestic and international companies producing pesticides and fertilizers for potatoes will cultivate potatoes in their trial plots of minimum 400 square meters and will show the pesticides and fertilizers they have produced. From domestic companies producing potato seeds from stem cells to international companies operating in the field of potato seeds, all companies that produce potato seeds and sell them to abroad are at Potato Days Turkey 2022. In addition, organizations operating in the field of industrial potato production, which have contracted production, show great interest and support to the fair.
From the soil preparation to the potato harvest, the farmer will have the opportunity to see and evaluate all the agricultural equipment they need in this area.
Potato Days Turkey, which attracted great interest from visitors abroad, hosted more than 300 international visitors in 2019. In 2021, Uzbekistan Potato Union, Azerbaijcan Ministry of Agriculture and Russian Potato Union also show interest in our show.
