Potato plantings were examined in the Murmansk region

Land plots with planted potatoes were monitored in the region to identify the golden potato nematode.
Employees of the North Sea Interregional Rosselkhoznadzor Administration examined 6.32 hectares of plantings of quarantined products and selected 51 soil samples. The samples were sent for research to the Northwestern branch of the FBGU “VNIIZH”.
The inspection showed that there are no quarantine phytosanitary zones for the golden potato nematode in the region.
