Venturing into Excellence with the SPAR Talent Community!
Yesterday, the SPAR Talent Community embarked on an enriching journey at Quik’s Quality Potatoes. Led by Peter Hoogendoorn, we delved into the history and methodologies of the company before immersing ourselves in a guided tour of their factory. Quik’s Quality Potatoes epitomizes qualities such as quality (with a capital Q), customer-centricity, professionalism, continuity, and innovation – values that strongly resonate with Spar Holding’s ethos and our approach to our stores and collaborative partners.
Following the insightful tour, Anne Roghmans treated us to a tasting session, offering insights into the rigorous quality controls implemented to ensure optimal products.
The day continued with a delectable lunch and a workshop facilitated by Eline Boon, Freek Liebreks from Spar Holding, and Johan De Meij. During the workshop, we dove into SPAR customer profiles and store profiles, utilizing them to better understand and meet the diverse needs of our customers and guests. With various customer profiles established at SPAR, we aim to tailor our offerings more precisely, optimizing our ability to cater to our clientele effectively.
Each SPAR store boasts its unique blend of customer profiles, and the workshop revealed intriguing parallels among them. Freek, Eline, and Johan shared insights into the evolving landscape within and beyond Spar Holding, empowering participants to leverage data effectively to enhance team cohesion and drive strategic decision-making.
In summary, it was an immensely fruitful day, and we extend our gratitude to Quik’s Quality Potatoes and all participants for their invaluable contributions to this enriching experience.
