Jet Delhij announces the launch of a specialized training program tailored for commercial new hires, aimed at providing a comprehensive understanding of the potato production process and fostering better interactions with customers.
Over the course of four days, participants delve into various aspects of the potato industry, starting with presentations on quality compliance, marketing strategies, and appetizers. Subsequent sessions cover the entire supply chain journey, from field to fork, including visits to the brand-new Innovation Center in Bergen op Zoom and local growers’ farms.
The training culminates in an exploration of quality attributes, empowering participants to address customer complaints effectively. The program concludes with a unique ‘mystery shopping’ exercise, offering insights into product handling and customer experiences.
With participation from 20 individuals representing 15 different nationalities, this international cohort of aspiring potatolovers embarks on a journey of intensive learning and valuable experiences.
