Damme, August 16, 2022

On the 7th and 8th of September 2022, the international trade fair PotatoEurope will take place in Bockerode near Hanover and GRIMME will present a large number of new practical innovations and further developments.

The new two-row elevator harvester SELECT 200 will be presented with its TurboSep separator, which removes haulm very efficiently. The SELECT 200 has a road transport width of less than 3 metres and is equipped, among other things, with a stepless hydraulic drive for all main webs and a new, unique automatic axle steering system, called ActiveSteering.

The GRIMME Group also includes the companies ASA-LIFT in Denmark, SPUDNIK in the USA, INTERNORM and RICON in Germany, as well as 12 international sales and service subsidiaries.

The third generation of the four-row self-propelled harvester VARITRON 470 comes with a more powerful, easy-to-maintain haulm topper, new automatic functions, an optionally available bunker extension, the award-winning SmartView video system and a CCI 1200 ISOBUS operator terminal.

The four-row, very versatile ridging hiller GH 4 Oeko with its special blades, that enable mechanical weed control on the ridges, will also be demonstrated.

For loading potatoes into trucks, the new store loader SL 919 with 90 cm wide and 19.5 m long conveyor belt as well as Quantum feeding conveyor, for larger swivel widths and constant low drop height, is used. In addition, a receiving hopper, the GRIMME RH 24-60 Combi with clod separator, single conveyors and the GBF box filler will be demonstrated.
