The Samara Vegetables Group of Companies, the leader in its segment in the Russian Volga region, has established full-cycle production. The company grows vegetables included in the borscht set, is engaged in their storage, processing, sorting and packaging.
Today, its products are represented in large retail chains in the region, and are also sold to wholesale customers. The assortment consists of several varieties of table beets, carrots, onions and potatoes.
One of the enterprises of the Samara Vegetables Group has established the production of dried vegetables. Up to four tons of finished products can be obtained here per day. Beets, carrots and jerusalem artichoke are dried, which are used to make cubes, straws and slices.
