Winter wheat remains the main production crop in the crop rotation of the Agroholding, the selection of other crops is made based on the agro-climatic zone, moisture reserves in the soil and predicted marginality. The Field History service, which uses the capabilities of artificial intelligence, helps agronomists to effectively build crop rotation.
Agroholding specialists assessed winter wheat seedlings. Winter crops are in good condition, there is no need for re-sowing. The crops of their own variety of winter wheat – Sistema, bred together with partners, also overwintered well.
“Agricultural enterprises of the Agroholding are completing pre-sowing preparations and will soon start sowing early spring crops. Early purchase of fixed assets, a high level of import substitution of agricultural equipment, seeds, plant protection products allowed Steppe AgroHolding to minimize risks and confidently approach the upcoming sowing campaign.”
