Every year, Tambov farmers renew their agricultural equipment fleet. Since the beginning of this year, they have already purchased 181 tractors, 100 combines, 229 sprayers and other types of agricultural equipment. Purchases of this plan will continue until the end of the year.
It is worth noting that the renewal of the park is a necessary measure. Technology does not stand still. The acquisition of the latest equipment allows agricultural producers not only to increase labor productivity, but also to reduce the cost of spare parts and fuel and lubricants. Currently, there are more than 8.8 thousand tractors and more than 3 thousand combines in the Tambov region.
Recall that the sowing campaign in the region this year was successful. Now farmers continue to take care of vegetable, grain and industrial crops: they process them from weeds and pests.
Tambov farmers plan to start harvesting grain and leguminous crops in mid-July.
