Founded in 1970 by François ALLIX on the historic site of Saint Jean d’Illac in Gironde, ALLIX is a growing family-owned SME. She is now managed by one of Francis’ sons, Samuel ALLIX.
The company employs nearly 40 people during peak periods, divided between the packing station and agricultural production on nearly 200 hectares.
