Groothuis Bouwgroep, a family-owned company specializing in real estate solutions for businesses, is responsible for the turnkey construction of the building. The project will be delivered with sustainability certifications, ensuring that the new headquarters is future-proof and environmentally responsible.
The new facility will accommodate Tolsma-Grisnich’s 200 employees and is expected to be operational by July 2025. This move is set to enhance operational efficiency and support the company’s continued growth in the global market.
