A major milestone achieved as Tolsma-Grisnich begins construction of a new 20,000 m² facility in Emmeloord.
On September 6, Tolsma-Grisnich reached a significant milestone with the groundbreaking of their new headquarters. This development marks a major step forward for the company, which has been a fixture in Emmeloord since 1966. The project involves the construction of a modern 20,000 m² building that will house both offices and production facilities.
Located in the new industrial area of Emmeloord, the new facility will centralize all Tolsma-Grisnich’s global operations. Currently, the company operates from multiple locations within Emmeloord, but the new building will streamline operations by consolidating them into one modern and sustainable environment.
Groothuis Bouwgroep, a family-owned company specializing in real estate solutions for businesses, is responsible for the turnkey construction of the building. The project will be delivered with sustainability certifications, ensuring that the new headquarters is future-proof and environmentally responsible.
The new facility will accommodate Tolsma-Grisnich’s 200 employees and is expected to be operational by July 2025. This move is set to enhance operational efficiency and support the company’s continued growth in the global market.
The development of this new headquarters represents not only a significant investment in the company’s infrastructure but also a commitment to sustainability and operational excellence. As Tolsma-Grisnich looks forward to occupying the new space, the centralization of their operations is anticipated to drive further success and innovation.
