The project “People’s Potato” was launched in the republic, within the framework of which seed potatoes are given to large and low-income families for planting on their plots.
According to the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, 11,300 families with an average per capita income below the subsistence level will receive assistance this year. 300 tons of potatoes are distributed to all, the bulk of which will be supplied by local farmers, as well as farms from Kemerovo and Minusinsk.
