The development of federal funds of state support for the agro-industrial complex of the republic since the beginning of the year amounted to almost 40%.
The Ministry of Agriculture of Crimea brought 971.87 million rubles of federal funds to agricultural producers, as well as to the improvement of rural areas. This was announced within the framework of the expanded meeting of the Office of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea “Risks of reducing tax payments in 2022 by agricultural enterprises of the Republic of Crimea”.
“The development of federal funds for state support of the agro-industrial complex of the republic since the beginning of the year amounted to 39.7%. About 2.4 billion rubles from the federal budget for 43 events are provided to support Crimean agricultural producers. Until the end of the year, we expect several more types of support. A feature of support this year is that we can issue advance payments to farmers,” Alime Zaredinova reported.
Acting Head of the Ministry of Agriculture of Crimea also stressed that the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia this year set the task of bringing 80% of subsidies to June 1 this year.
“In all areas of state support for the agro-industrial complex, at least 80% of subsidy funds will be provided by the beginning of summer. Agriculture in the republic is developing at an active pace: preferential lending programs are working for agricultural producers, there is active support from public funds,” Alime Zaredinova focused her attention.
At the same time, a number of problematic issues were discussed at the meeting. Agricultural producers and processors spoke about problems with the supply of imported seeds, fertilizers, and rising prices for equipment.
The meeting was chaired by Roman Nazdrachev, Head of the Department of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea. The event was also attended by the Minister of Economic Development of the Republic of Crimea Dmitry Sheryako, Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Crimea Olga Chernobay, Commissioner for Protection Roman Nazdrachev recalled that the risks of economic and social problems can be reported to the Regional Situation Center, created on the basis of the Office of the Federal Tax services in the Republic of Crimea. All received appeals are analyzed daily, summarized and sent to the federal situational center of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for systematization and subsequent development of the necessary business support measures.
