The expert session “The effectiveness of the use of modern plant protection products in the conditions of the Tomsk region” brought together agronomists, heads of agricultural enterprises and representatives of the regional agribusiness management bodies of the region. Industry experts from Tomsk, Novosibirsk, and Barnaul made presentations to the specialists.
The first part of the seminar was devoted to the phytosanitary situation in the region and throughout Siberia. The speakers also talked about the regulations for the use of pesticides, methods for preparing tank mixtures intended for plant protection, digital technologies in the agro-industrial complex, novelties and features of the use of NWR.
During the practical part of the event, a demonstration of modern equipment used for processing warehouses, spraying fields and combating weeds and pests took place. For example, the seminar participants were shown how the process of decontamination of a warehouse takes place using a liquid with a safe composition instead of a pesticide.
