Today the company Maxim Gorkiy Plus LLC occupies a leading position in producing potato flakes, despite insignificant age compared to other similar domestic manufacturers.

Starting in 2011, today the
field was managed to earn a good
name among consumers, which
doubled production.

The company consists of
265 experienced and
qualified staff, trained
according to FSMS.

Annual volume of processed
by the company production reaches
to 15 000 tons and complies
with international scheme
certification FSSC 22000.

According to the results of previous
season 2018-2019 the company
received and processed more
than 117 000 tons of potatoes,
which from were produced 14 000
tons of finished product, which are
potato flakes.

Our clients in Russia already a long time are large companies-food production manufacturers, such as Unilever
LLC, Nestle Russia LLC, Biofood TPC, Doshirak Koya LLC, Russkart LLC and etc.

The plant also produces small
packaged prodcts in 250 and 300 g
packages, in 40 g boxes with different
flavor.

Today monthly under brand
name “Pureshka” are released
100 tons of packaged products.

Monthly volume of export
shipment is 40% of produced
production.

The work of our company includes a full production cycle, which means we independently and with
particular care select raw potatoes for processing. The company carries out strict input control at the initial
stage of the production chain with subsequent control of the finished product in its own physical laboratory.

The company “Maxim Gorkiy Plus”-is a part of large agro-industrial holding, it carries out a full production cycle from growing to further processing into the finished product –potato flakes. The land fund of the acting project is more than 15 000 ha in Tula and Bryansk regions of Russian Federation.

Warehouse complex with ventilation system allows to keep up to 100 000 tons of potatoes within year,
supporting low level of sugar in potatoes at the same time.

Geographic location of the company serves to a convenient logistics, both in the direction of domestic shipments, and export, among which are not for the first time export shipments to Kazakhstan, the Ukraine, Belarus, Poland, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Algeria, Turkey, Chile, Indonesia, China.

PROCESS OF PRODUCING POTATOES

PACKAGING

Packaging of finished product is going
instantly which prevents from open storage
till shipment. A wide range of our production
is oriented to all customers, from a buyer to
a large food enterprise.

PROCESSING

The processing of potatoes consists of
several stages, the basic of which is roller
heat treatment at temperature not low than
180°С.

SORTING

Our potatoes go through thorough automatic and the further manual selection, only the best tubers get into a finished product.

HARVESTING

The quality of potato harvesting affects on tubers integrity in the further storage, therefore we pay attention to this process more specifically.

PLANTING

We choose high quality planting material and create favorable conditions for growing potatoes.

Add 40 g ( 6 tablespoon ) in 250-300 ml of hot water
Add butter,salt,spices according to your taste.
