Following years of research and development in conjunction with Lamb Weston, Sergio Herman from Frites Atelier is confident enough to have his Frites available for chefs and restaurants who want to serve a high-quality product.

Twice a year Sergio introduces new Frites specials for Frites Atelier. For the company’s autumn and winter new specials, he was inspired by worldly flavors to warm his customers up during the chilly months.
This time his flavors take the consumers to warm, atmospheric Mexico and busy Korea. Starting in September 2022, the Frites Atelier presents the new Frites specials.
Chili Con Queso – limited edition. Those who love the typical and robust flavors from Mexico and the Low Countries together will enthusiastically appreciate the company’s Chili Con Queso Frites special. Sergio’s slightly spicy Chili Con Carne combined with their triple-fried Frites topped with a running and creamy cheese sauce is freshened up by the homemade Jalapeño mayonnaise.
Kimchi, Truffle&Cheese. Sergio wanted to work with the bite and sweet and sour spicy flavor of the company’s homemade kimchi. A surprising combination of the full flavor of the truffle mayonnaise and the creamy cheese sauce was created for that.
Frites Atelier is a fast-casual food concept in which taste, craftsmanship, and personality are brought together. It is a concept in which an extreme amount of attention to detail is paid to quality.
