Idaho Potato Packer The Mart Group, LLC, operating as Mart Produce, announced the appointment of Jason Allen as its new CEO effective August 23rd, replacing Brian Hansen who has acted as the Interim CEO since July 2017.
Brian will continue with the Mart Group for a period of time as Chief Transition Officer.
Jason Allen is a highly experienced, successful and well-regarded business leader who, since 2011, has gained experience in the potato industry in leadership roles with Lamb Weston, serving most recently as the Marketing Director of Global Product Management and Innovation.
Jason previously served as the Sr. Brand Manager of Retail Frozen Foods for Lamb Weston, and as the Sr. Brand Manager for S.C. Johnson & Son’s OFF!® insect repellents.
