In Primorye potato plantings were flooded

Due to heavy rainfall in the Primorsky Territory, there is a strong waterlogging of the soil. The regional Ministry of Agriculture reported that the plant growers of the Partizansky, Ussuriysky and Anuchinsky districts suffered the most.
The rains that took place the day before caused flooding of fields, including those occupied by potatoes and vegetables. So far, there is no access to the affected farmland, so it is impossible to calculate the exact damage.
