Ignatova: The total array of salaries offered in vacancies in the agro-industrial complex starts from 40 thousand rubles and reaches 350 thousand rubles. The median for the agro-industrial complex as a whole is 45 thousand rubles.
- If we talk about salaries, then, for example, what is the most “expensive” vacancy?
- The highest salaries in the industry are offered, of course, to managers – directors of agricultural complexes (from 300 to 600 thousand), chief technologists, engineers, chemists (from 300 thousand), agronomists (from 250 thousand) and also in the field of sales – territorial representatives for the sale of agricultural products. Of the working professions in the agro-industrial complex, the highest salaries are for tractor-mechanic operators and combine operators, the amount can reach 270 thousand rubles. Also, highly paid vacancies (from 140 thousand) are found for livestock specialists, veterinarians, forwarding drivers of category C / E.

- During the summer period of 2022, 72.3 thousand resumes were posted on hh.ru from 68 thousand job seekers looking for work in the agro-industrial complex in Russia. The competition for the job is very low – 3 resumes per vacancy.
Basically, they are looking for work in the following specialties: process engineer, veterinarian, agronomist, livestock specialist. For the working staff of the agro-industrial complex, one has to compete fiercely with other industries – construction and light industry. - Have you observed an increase in interest in working in the agricultural sector and an increase in the number of vacancies in recent years?
- In the summer of 2022 (from June 1 to August 11), almost 22 thousand vacancies from companies in the agricultural sector were published on hh.ru, which is 30% higher than the same period last year.
