In 2024, the concept of the “no-prep dinner” is set to soar, reflecting a growing desire for simplicity in meal preparation. With the average American having just 52 minutes per day for meals, the integration of snacks into dinners is becoming increasingly popular. More than half of consumers use snacks as key ingredients in no-prep dinners weekly, citing specific cravings (51%) and time constraints (44%) as primary motivations.

Energy boost seekers turn to snacks at least once a week, with Millennials leading the charge. Taste remains non-negotiable, with 74% refusing to compromise.
