PepsiCo’s Frito-Lay division announces new brands – the SunChips and Smartfood, offering new tasty flavors: Sweet Potato, and Rosemary & Olive Oil.
When it comes to relevant fall flavors, sweet potato tops the charts as a new fan favorite – especially in veggie chips – according to a recent Mintel study, cited by Pepsico. The new limited editions are made with sweet potato, 100% whole grains and no artificial flavors or preservatives. They can be found at retail stores nationwide beginning October 16 through mid-December for a suggested retail price of USD3.29.
Other autumn flavors like Smartfood Delight Rosemary and Olive Oil Popcorn also offer a sensory experience for consumers. The perennial herbal flavoring is infused with the light touch of olive oil. Smartfood Delight Rosemary & Olive Oil Popcorn is available throughout the US for a suggested retail price of USD3.99.
