Demand for the purchase of a turnkey agricultural business in Russia increased by 266% in April. This is stated in the results of the analytics of the services “Yula” and “Announcements VKontakte”.
“In April this year, the demand for ready-made businesses increased by 19% compared to March and by 37% compared to February. The category of business related to agriculture showed high growth rates – over the past month, interest in it has increased by 266%. Attractive for users, the manufacturing business also remained – from March to April, the number of such business requests increased by 79%, and from February to April – by 131%.
Significantly over these three months, the demand for Internet business (+114%), hotels and hostels (+108%), construction (+104%) and beauty salons (+62%) has increased. The trading business showed stable dynamics – from February to March and from March to April, they were interested on average 35% more often.
The number of proposals for the sale of a business related to public catering doubled, with construction – by 72%, with the Internet – by 38%, trade – by a third. The hotel business began to sell 32% more often, and beauty salons – 16% more often. The most noticeable growth in the cost of a ready-made business was noted in the segment of beauty salons. Prices for them increased by 31%, for the construction business – by 16%, for the Internet business – by 10%. Prices for hotels and hostels fell by 41%, and for the manufacturing business – by 5%.
