Over the past week in the Saratov region, the price of a borscht set has decreased. So, cabbage fell in price by 13.8%, potatoes – by 11.2%. Beets decreased in price by 8.6%. Tomatoes also fell in price by 6.7%, carrots – by 3.8%.
However, the price of onion rose by 2.6% in the region. Also, prices for dry milk formulas for baby food increased in the region – by 1.4%. This was reported by Saratovstat in a weekly report.
