BluePrint Automation (BPA) Hires Andre Boom as Chief Operating Officer

Last month, Packaging Equipment Specialist BluePrint Automation (BPA) named Andre Boom Chief Operating Officer for BluePrint Automation (BPA) Americas.

Andre spent the last 25+ years in progressive roles with leading snack food manufacturers such as Snyder’s-Lance, Pinnacle Foods and Quaker Oats. In these roles he has gained a significant amount of experience in food related processes on both the processing and packaging sides.

Boom will take over most of Peter Schneider’s responsibilities; including Engineering, Production, Logistics and Customer Service. Andre, along with Rocco Fucetola, VP Sales and Marketing and Alison Johnson, VP Finance will report directly to Martin Prakken, CEO, BPA Worldwide.

Martin Prakken:

“I have known Andre for 20+ years and really look forward to his addition to the team.”

“I am excited to work with the entire management team to provide our customers with the three legs of our mission triangle; Flexibility, Innovation and Partnership.”

The BPA team wishes Peter Schneider all the best as he returns to his family in Atlanta Georgia.
