Signed at the “Dynamic Gujarat-2024” summit, this collaboration between Asandas and Sons Pvt Ltd (HyFun Foods), Kiremko, and Rabobank Netherlands goes beyond mere industrial construction. Discover how this agreement is set to create sustainable employment opportunities, positively impacting both the local economy and the environment.

In the past week, Paul Osterlaken participated in the “Dynamic Gujarat-2024” summit on behalf of Kiremko at a national seminar in the Netherlands. At this seminar, a trilateral agreement was inked for the construction of a potato flakes production line for Asandas and Sons Pvt Ltd (HyFun Foods), to be established in Mehsana, Gujarat.

Mr. Haresh Karamchandani, Managing Director of Asandas and Sons Pvt Ltd, Mr. Paul Osterlaken, Managing Director of Kiremko as the potato processing technology provider, and Mr. Hayo Seifer, Executive Director of Rabobank Netherlands overseeing project financing, jointly signed this promising agreement at the seminar in the Netherlands.

This agreement goes beyond the construction of a potato flakes production line; it aims to create sustainable employment opportunities for the local population, thereby contributing positively to the environment.

We take pride in being part of this valuable trilateral agreement and look forward to a mutually beneficial collaboration.

The trilateral agreement signed at the “Dynamic Gujarat-2024” summit marks a significant step toward transforming Gujarat’s potato industry. Beyond the industrial implications, the commitment to sustainable employment aligns with the growing importance of environmentally friendly practices in agriculture. This collaboration sets a positive precedent for future initiatives that merge technological innovation with ecological responsibility, fostering a more resilient and sustainable agricultural sector.
