Aziz Voitov’s candidacy was approved for the post of Minister of Agriculture. This was reported by the press service of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis.
In accordance with the current legislation, before the appointment of members of the Cabinet of Ministers, as well as ministers, their candidatures are considered by deputies of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis.
So, on Monday, a regular plenary session of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis was held. During the meeting, the candidacy of Aziz Voitov for the post of Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan was considered and approved by the deputies.
Previously, Voitov served as First Deputy Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan.
