The Food Processing Suppliers Association has released the details of four sessions of the educational program at PROCESS EXPO 2015 to be presented by speaker Dr. Tatiana Koutchma of the Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC), Guelph Food Research Center and www.novelfoodsciences.com. These sessions include the following:
Tuesday, September 15

- UV Light as a Complementary Sanitary Solution in Food Production
Thursday, September 16
- Fresh Juices: Cold Pressed Revolution – Headlines, Challenges and Technological Innovations
Friday, September 18
- Ultraviolet Light Applications for Preservation and Purification of Heat Sensitive Beverages and Ingredients
“Dr. Koutchma has consistently been one of our most popular speakers since she first spoke at PROCESS EXPO 2011,” said FPSA President and CEO David Seckman. “For this reason we have continued to bring her back, first in 2013 and now for this year’s show.
