The leaders in the number of applications for “potato and vegetable” land are Kostroma and Nerekhtsky districts.
Almost 300 families from Kostroma got free garden plots
In the Kostroma region, almost 300 families have registered land plots for growing potatoes and vegetables, the press service of the governor reports. In total, according to the Department of Agroindustrial Complex, about three hundred applications were received from residents of the region for the provision of free land for these purposes. Moreover, every third family uses the measure of support repeatedly. Most of the applications from citizens – 147 – were received in the Kostroma district, 57 – in the Nerekhtsky district. Next on the list are Ostrovskiy (16) and Kadyyskiy (13) districts, as well as Susaninskiy (10), Vokhomskiy (8), Galichskiy and Sudislavskiy (7 each). In other municipalities, there are only a few who want to receive land for use.
In total, 622 plots with a total area of more than 1,000 hectares have been allocated for the “preferential” cultivation of vegetable crops in the Kostroma region this year. Land for a garden is given free of charge, for one season, without legal registration of rights. You can apply for registration of land for “garden” use through the Administration of your municipal district or urban district.
