Agro Expert Group is one of the largest domestic producers of plant protection chemicals. The company produces about 8 % of all chemical protection products used in Russia. Our Volga Industry plant with a total annual production capacity of up to 50 thousand tons is located in the city of Volgograd.
Significant material and intellectual resources are invested in research and development. We are in a con-stant process of finding new and bet-ter solutions. The company has been operating its own research center to create unique, high-tech formula-tions of pesticides, that make a sig-nificant contribution to achieving high and stable yields in Russian fields. The range of prod-ucts manufactured by Agro Expert Group is constant-ly expanding and today it includes more than 80 prod-ucts from all groups of pesticides. This is enough to implement compre-hensive protection of major crops, in-cluding potatoes.
In 2020, more than 14 million hec-tares of crops were treated with Agro Expert Group preparations. Products are supplied to consum-ers through our own sales network, which consists of 30 branches in the main agricultural regions of the Russian Federation. More than 350 highly qualified specialists help pro-tect crops for more than 1200 farms, as well as large agricultural holdings.
The company’s products are utilized under the precise supervision of the company’s specialists. The staff of the branches employs agrono-mists-technologists who help farm-ers correctly choose and effectively apply plant protection products in accordance with the climatic and eco-nomic conditions of their agricultural enterprises. Within the framework of agroconsult-ing, a network of mobile laboratories has been developed, which diagnose the condition of plants and perform agrochemical tests. Clients of “Agro Expert Group” receive complete in-formation about what is happening to the plants in a particular field and what measures need to be taken to correct the state of the crop. In the 2021 season, agronomic support of customers will be carried out using the modern Sky Scout Advisor field monitoring system, which will allow the company to be closer to its con-sumers and respond faster to their requests.
