The Moscow region agricultural organization OOO Razvitie from Egorievsk, participating in the program of state support in the field of agricultural development, was provided with two land plots with a total area of about 300 hectares. In total, since the beginning of the year in 9 urban districts, under the state program, 16 farmers and farms have received 23 land plots with a total area of over 1.3 thousand hectares,” Anna Krotova said.

The new plots provided, according to the Minister of Property Relations of the Moscow Region Natalya Adigamova, will be used to expand the sown areas involved in the crop rotation.

“The land plots provided by the Ministry of Property will be used by Razvitie LLC to expand the sown areas participating in the crop rotation. The agricultural enterprise has been growing grain crops for 6 years already, two years ago they began to grow potatoes, and other vegetable crops are planned,” Natalya Adigamova specified.

The gross grain harvest of Razvitie LLC last year amounted to more than 2.6 thousand tons, and the potato crop – more than 2.3 thousand tons.

“Thanks to the regional state support program and the provision of subsidies, there is an opportunity to expand agricultural activities. We are also currently implementing an investment project jointly with the Russian Agricultural Bank for the construction of a grain complex for 4.5 thousand tons of storage and a potato storage complex for 4.5 thousand tons. Potato storage facilities are already functioning, now the construction of a potato processing (washing, packaging) workshop is underway. The project will allow our agricultural enterprise to reach a new level and increase the gross harvest several times,” shared Vladislav Senik, director of Razvitiye LLC.
