It was not the first time that the traditional seminar was held on the basis of the farm of farmer Alexander Chulanov, where potatoes have been grown for a long time, using modern technologies, experimenting with seeds.
“It is important to choose the right potato seeds that can withstand viruses and diseases and easily endure the weather surprises of the Astrakhan climate, which means they will give a decent harvest and a good income,” said Alexander Chulanov, head of the peasant farm.
Those who arrived with interest got acquainted with the varieties and suppliers, listened to the comments of representatives of science, asked questions, took notes. Such seminars facilitate the exchange of experience and the establishment of relationships and cooperation with suppliers. Andrey Timofeev, Deputy Ministry of Agriculture of the region, also said this.
