The regional Ministry of Agriculture noted that 13 organizations and 86 peasant (farm) enterprises are engaged in growing vegetables in the region. Planting areas have increased in the Amur, Komsomolsk and Nanai regions.

In 2022, 7,000 hectares were allocated for potatoes. Of these, in agricultural organizations and farms – 863 hectares. For vegetables – 2.4 thousand hectares. The figures are comparable to 2021.

“Every year, through the Ministry of Agriculture, farmers who grow vegetables receive support. So, this year they were allocated 4.4 million rubles for work. 14 million were provided for the purchase of elite seeds. Currently, the ministry is considering documents from agricultural producers to receive this support, ”the ministry of agriculture and food of the region specified.

Recall that producers of potatoes and other vegetables will receive subsidies for agrotechnological work within the framework of a new federal project.
