My name is Viktor Kovalev, and I am the organizer of Potato Tours to various countries. Over the past year, I have organized tours to China, India, Peru, and other countries. The purpose of these trips was to introduce potato growers to the farming practices and technologies of the countries we visited. Over this time, I have gained a clear understanding of these processes, and I am now working on a new stage — the “World Potato Tour” project.
