The Value of Face-to-Face Interaction: A Commitment to Partnership and Progress

MaschinenParkOnline Prioritizes On-Site Engagement for Meaningful Collaboration

In an age where digital communication reigns supreme, it’s easy to overlook the importance of face-to-face interaction. However, at MaschinenParkOnline (MPO), we recognize that sometimes, nothing beats a personal exchange on the ground. That’s why we make it a priority to regularly visit our partners in person through the #maschinenparkonline initiative, to gain firsthand insights into our collaborations.

From February to April, our calendar is filled with various status meetings, where we engage directly with our partners to assess the status of our collaboration. Recently, our team visited esteemed partners such as GRIMME (grimme.com) and August Bruns Landmaschinen GmbH (abc-bruns.de), among others. And there are more visits scheduled for April.

Despite our digital focus, we understand the irreplaceable value of personal interaction and partnership. We want to understand how our solutions are being applied on the ground, stay informed about industry trends, anticipate new requirements, identify areas of success, and pinpoint areas for improvement.

We firmly believe that true insights cannot be gained from the comfort of our headquarters in Kiel. That’s why we hit the road, eager to engage with our partners firsthand.

At TRASER Software GmbH, we see ourselves not only as providers of digital solutions but also as consultants and partners. This includes actively seeking feedback, observing our users in action, and offering insights and tips for internal process optimization.

Of course, during our “field research” and dialogues, we’re thrilled to discover that MaschinenParkOnline has seamlessly integrated into our partners’ daily workflows, becoming a trusted assistant in various processes.

However, we also welcome wishes and new ideas because our ultimate goal is continuous improvement through collaborative partnerships.

A heartfelt thank you to our partner companies for their hospitality, constructive dialogue, and partnership. Let’s continue to leverage what’s possible and move forward together!
