From January 1, 2023, for two categories of farmers who receive grants from the state for the development of production, the conditions for providing such support are softened.
We are talking about farms involved in the development of family farms, as well as agricultural cooperatives that use grant funding to strengthen the material and technical base. Until now, under the terms of the support, they had to hire one employee for every 3 million rubles of the grant received, now – one employee for every 10 million rubles.
The maximum possible grant amounts remain the same: up to 30 million rubles for farms and up to 70 million rubles for agricultural cooperatives.
For owners of family farms, the new resolution also provides for the possibility, from January 1, 2023, to direct part of the funds for the acquisition of agricultural land owned by the municipality.
The decision taken will allow expanding support for Russian farmers and ensure the further sustainable development of the agro-industrial sector, which is important for citizens and the economy.
