In order to achieve the ambitions of the Agri&Food top sector, sufficient and well-trained employees are a critical success factor. To preserve and increase human capital, the Human Capital Agenda (HCA) has been drawn up. The central objective of the HCA is to improve the link between education and business for the Agri & Food top sector and to increase its attractiveness to employees.
As part of this Human Capital Agenda (HCA), Agrofoodcluster from Emmeloord and DLG Benelux organise a Talent Scouting during PotatoEurope on the second day (2 september) of PotatoEurope 2021.
Participating companies in PotatoEurope can use this service free of charge, where the commitment is to introduce MBO and HBO students to the business world. It can be for example a graduation assignment, internship or first job.
The participating companies will be listed on the website, students can then indicate which companies they would like to get acquainted with, on this basis a schedule will be made. This planning will be shared with both the company and the student before the start of the scholarship. The Talent Scouting will take place in the conference room of the fair.
In addition to the listing on the website, companies also have the opportunity to post their vacancies on the Jobboard in Hall D, opposite the restaurant. Download the form here to hang on the jobboard.
