Following the opening, a keynote address by Dr. Christoph Endres, a renowned computer scientist and AI researcher, will focus on the increasing importance of cybersecurity in the digital supply chain. His presentation, titled “Protecting the Digital Harvest from Pests: Cybersecurity and Potato Trade,” will highlight the vulnerabilities that come with the digital transformation of agriculture and trading processes.
