Elea will host its annual PEF Advantage Day at the company’s facilities in Quakenbrück, Germany on November 16 and 17. This year, the event will also be an occasion to celebrate Elea’s 10th anniversary.
Presentations and product demonstrations will be given by industry experts with a focus on the numerous benefits of Pulsed Electric Field (PEF) technology. Participants will learn how PEF technology can improve product quality, enhance the production process, increase yield, save energy, and reduce processing costs. and bringing new product opportunities to the food, beverage and biotechnology sector.
A tour in the Elea showroom will guide participants through the Elea PEF product range. There will be opportunities for one-on-one sessions about PEF solutions tailored for your business. Combined with a social program, an interesting and memorable event is guaranteed.
New Elea belt system unveiled
On this occasion Elea will also present the new belt system in its product range. The PEF Advantage B 1000-850 was developed for production runs of up to 90 t/h.
With a higher throughput and more capacity, the machine comes in a more compact design, and includes all the usual safety features. The new Elea belt system requires even less energy and water to operate efficiently.
